Associate Agency Development Manager Is Primarily Responsible for

1) Agent Recruitment
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
Ensure and Implement Organization policy and Adhere to Business Norms
2) Agent Development
Ensure product knowledge is well established to the agency as per the organization ways of training
Field demonstration.
Development of agent prospecting habits
Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
3) Meet Business Targets
Achievement of monthly Improve agent productivity & persistence by regular
Periodic reviews.
Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan
4) Customer Centricity
Be the brand ambassador & a customer champion
Follow organizations sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per organizations standard.

Overall experience between 2 to 5 Yrs. with very good job stability
No changing more than 2 companies is 5 Yrs. span
Minimum 1 to 2 yrs. in Field Sales preferably from BFSI sector Can consider Other Industry Field Sales Officers also
Should have experience in driving sales through different channels.
Experience in Hiring Agents
Age- 24 to 35 Yrs.
Locals with 2 wheeler
Staying in the same city for more than 4 years
Fluent in Telugu
